From risk management to commercial management, change management, and programme management, he is committed to driving success, successfully navigating challenges to ensure projects are executed to the highest standards, optimising outcomes.
Mark is skilled in strategic planning and program execution and takes great pride in fostering client relationships. His strong leadership skills see him employ partnering principles on all projects with all stakeholders - clients, design teams, main contractors and specialist supply/subcontract partners.
Mark’s experience in the controlled environments, renewable and sustainable energy, and construction sectors has equipped him with a deep understanding of intricate project dynamics. He demonstrates a strong ability to successfully deliver a wide range of projects, including micro-electronic and new technologies cleanrooms, renewable and sustainable energy projects, infrastructure projects, building services installations, new build construction as well as refurbishment projects.
